  • 3-7 Business Days: Our team then processes your order for dispatch, usually taking between 3-7 business days. Once it's ready to go, you'll receive a notification with a tracking code straight to your email.


Hitting the Road: Shipping Timeframes

  • International Shipping: Allow 15-30 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.
  • US Shipping: After processing, shipping times depend on your location and chosen method. Typically, you can expect your Criniēre goodies to arrive within 3-7 business days.
  • Holiday Season: Please note that deliveries may take longer during peak holiday periods due to increased carrier volume.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:


Simply send an email to with your order number and the details of the items you'd like to return or exchange. We'll provide you with easy-to-follow instructions.


Our Return & Exchange Policy:

  • We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.



  • There's no additional charge to exchange your item for a different size or color (though taxes and duties may apply).
  • If you'd like to exchange for a different style, return your original item for store credit and then purchase the new item separately.


Returns for Refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.


Please Note:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after 30 days of purchase.
