3-7 Business Days: Our team then processes your order for dispatch, usually taking between 3-7 business days. Once it's ready to go, you'll receive a notification with a tracking code straight to your email.


Hitting the Road: Shipping Timeframes

International Shipping: Allow 15-30 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.
US Shipping: After processing, shipping times depend on your location and chosen method. Typically, you can expect your Criniēre goodies to arrive within 3-7 business days.
Holiday Season: Please note that deliveries may take longer during peak holiday periods due to increased carrier volume.

There's no additional charge to exchange your item for a different size or color (though taxes and duties may apply).
